Privacy

The Center for Creative Voices in the Media considers privacy to be of the utmost importance and respects the privacy of our members, visitors, and all Web users.

We monitor our systems and our networks and collect standard logs of access to them. We never use our access logs or the results of our monitoring for anything but our own administrative purposes. We never open those logs or the results of our monitoring to anyone other than our administrators. It is not our policy to use our access logs or the results of our monitoring for any other purpose.

On certain pages we give users the option of subscribing to CCVM email lists. We will never sell or rent user information to any third party, nor will we link our mailing list to other databases. Your real name is not required for subscription to these lists.

Personal information that has been volunteered to us may also be combined with data from other parties, such as public petitions to policymakers. In such cases, we make this purpose clear to the user.

Our sites contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of these sites.
